Introduced in 1996 as the successor to the Contax G1, the Contax G2 combines a beautifully finished titanium-clad exterior, sophisticated autofocus, automatic film handling, and interchangeable Carl Zeiss lenses in one remarkably elegant 35mm film camera.

At the heart of this Contax G2 is the included Carl Zeiss Planar T* 45mm f/2 lens. Its natural perspective is perfect for the memories you’ll want to make most: friends around the dinner table, afternoons somewhere new, spontaneous portraits, city streets, and all the quiet little details in between.
