Nikon F2 35mm Film Camera with 50mm F1.4 Lens

The Nikon F2 is part of Cute Camera Co. Reserve, our collection of exceptional film cameras individually prepared for their next owner. Once your order is placed, we carefully select your Nikon F2 from our reserve inventory and begin its final restoration. Cleaning, inspecting, testing, and servicing the camera and lens together before sending them home to you.

The Nikon F2 was built for professionals...but its next great assignment might be your best friend’s birthday, a weekend somewhere new, or a perfectly ordinary Tuesday you’ll someday wish you could revisit.

Released in 1971, the Nikon F2 served as Nikon’s professional flagship throughout the decade. It was designed for photographers who needed a camera they could trust completely: mechanically controlled, exceptionally well built, and ready to keep working wherever life took them. More than fifty years later, that same dependability is exactly what makes the Nikon F2 so special.

Every Nikon F2 we sell includes a NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4 lens. Its natural perspective makes it perfect for portraits, travel, everyday adventures, and all the little moments in between. The bright f/1.4 aperture also lets in plenty of light and can create the soft, dreamy backgrounds that make your subject feel like the only person in the room.

Why You’ll Love It

• Nikon’s Mechanical Masterpiece: The F2 was Nikon’s final fully mechanical professional flagship and remains one of the most celebrated 35mm SLR cameras ever made.
• Works Without Batteries: The shutter is completely mechanical. Batteries are needed only for the light meter.
• A Fast Everyday Lens: The included NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4 lens is wonderful for portraits, travel, lower-light photography, and beautifully soft backgrounds.
• Learn Photography for Real: The metered manual exposure system helps you understand aperture and shutter speed while keeping you in complete creative control.
• Built for Serious Use: A substantial metal body and titanium-foil shutter give the Nikon F2 the reassuring feel of a camera designed for working professionals.
• Room to Grow: The Nikon F mount opens the door to an enormous selection of compatible manual-focus NIKKOR lenses.
• Restored with Love at Cute Camera Co: Every Nikon F2 is lovingly restored by the Cute Camera Co. team so it works just like it did back in the summer of 1971.
